It’s more likely that your periods have gone a bit wobbly from the morning after pill but why not do a test just to be sure? If you conceived on 5th January then a test would be positive by now.

It’s very unlikely to be positive - it was only 3 days after your period so you were unlikely to have been ovulating any time close. You took the morning after pill and you’ve had a normal period since. Honestly, just do a test and put your mind at rest!

Yes. My period was four days late last month for no apparent reason at all! Sometimes it just happens and it’s probably more likely when you’ve had the morning after pill.

Take a test and put your mind at rest. Taking a test isnt going to change whether or not you are pregnant, but you'll either a) find out you're not and be relieved or b) find out you are and have more options than you will have in a few weeks.

When I was 19 I was in a similar position. Thought if I left it my period would come. It didn't. I wish I'd tested sooner. But everything ok in the end. X

I would get a test as others have said, but I agree it’s very unlikely you will be pregnant due to the timings. The morning after pill will definitely mess with your body so it is probably that. Just get the test ASAP so you can stop worrying. You already had one period and I don’t think that would happen if you were pregnant.

Take a test. Worrying may well cause your period to be delayed.
But also, you said your period came early after the MAP as it wasnt due til the 23rd of January. So your next period surely isn’t even due yet if you assume the early period was triggered by the MAP but then your cycle may be reverting back to normal again meaning you’re now due on the 20th. So you may not even be late.

I echo what the others have said - take a test and put your mind at rest. Do you have a friend or trusted adult who isn't a parent you can talk to and maybe have there when you take the test?

Can you order tests online then nobody sees you buy them? I’m sure you could buy them from Amazon and stick something else in your order if you still live with your parents.

You’re 23, you are entitled to some privacy. Please try and get a test sooner rather than later, I think you’ll feel better once you know one way or the other.
