BFN... am I out completely?

I don’t have a clue when I ovulate etc I haven’t got round to using OPKs yet - I use apps Flo and Ovia to predict my cycle so have been dtd based off those predictions (and some for fun Wink )
According to my apps AF should be here in 4 days. The last week and a half I’ve been absolutely exhausted, headaches, cramps etc but no spotting or any sign of AF yet.
I took an Asda pregnancy test that says can be used as early as 4 days before period is due and got a BFN.

Am I out completely or should I wait and see if AF comes and test again?

@Namechangedagain95 you could've easily ovulated later than these apps say. You're not out until AF shows. Don't count yourself out just yet 😊.

I took a test for up to 4 days early 2 days before AF was due and its was negative. I got a negative 4 days later too. In fact, I didn't get a positive test till I was about 3 days late (and 5 days before the digital early tests showed a positive).
So as pp said, not out until AF arrives!

I would say test again in a few days, the month I got my bfp I was sure I was pregnant as I just felt different, took a superdrug own brand test 4 days before af was due and it was negative however took a FRER when I was 1 day late and it was a strong positive x

I think it depends so much on the length of your cycle too, I'm 31-33 days usually and with both pregnancies first couple tests came back negative.
Six days late I got a faint positive line, don't give up hope yet!
