Hi ladies,

Would love to know how people have got on with this bracelet? Is it worth the £200 price tag?

Many thanks x

Hi everyone! If, like OP, you're after an Ava bracelet to track your cycle, you can get your hands on one here. MNHQ.

@Alarica I found mine really easy to use and preferred it over the clearblue monitor. It took a lot of hassle and stress out of trying to pinpoint the most fertile days. It was accurate from my first cycle and I conceived on my second after two years of trying. I am now 38 weeks pregnant smile. When you no longer need it, you can always sell it on. Just make sure you get the newest version as it’s more accurate. Or you can get a discount on a new one through here

Mine arrived on Friday. I’m loving seeing the app data every morning. It also has an alarm function (it buzzes on your wrist to wake you up) which is great but isn’t really publicised.

Any more reviews or success stories?

I really recommend the Ava bracelet... it’s pinpointed my ovulation for 3 months in a row now. Unfortunately my other half travels a lot with work so it’s still hard to make it happen but at least I can plan better. For £20 off use this code

If anyone wants a nearly new Ava bracelet, the current version, let me know. Unfortunately I’ve since found out I have endometriosis & will need IVF so it’s not much use to me! Happy to sell it for a sensible price.

@Minkydinkytrinky I use natural cycles and it's fab! I have Ava as well but went by the dates that natural cycles said and got my BFP this month! It does take about 3 months to get to know you so persevere but once you get the hang of it I think it's fab. Good luck!!

I just started using Ava. I'm 41, and have had multiple failed IVF and a MMC, so its last chance saloon for me!

Here is a £20 off code in case it helps anyone.

I will keep you posted on my reviews......x

A little update from me. I had been using Ava for 2 cycles when a miracle occurred and I got a BFP! grin
My first natural conception after 4.5 years Ttc! I'm not sure Ava is really responsible but it did pinpoint ovulation for me when fertility friend couldn't that month.
I'm currently 5+5 and desperately hoping this one sticks around but feeling a little more hopeful that I could conceive again if it doesn't.

This is my link for £20 off:

Good luck everyone xxx

@Minkydinkytrinky I am sorry to hear that. I have to say that I have had no issues with the sensor... So far so good 🙂 I actually really enjoy using it, but I guess that is easy to say considering I don't have any issues with it.

Minkydinkytrinky Sat 17-Aug-19 12:12:45

It was a sensor on the actual device both times. They did offer me a replacement but given that it would have been my 3rd device I took the refund instead. I am going to try natural cycles now - a few friends had success with it. Hope you all have more success with Ava than I did.

Carastarchild Sat 17-Aug-19 12:08:21

Really @Minkydinkytrinky. Was it the strap that broke, or the actual device? I often wonder how long the strap will last, but I did hear that they are very good at replacing the bracelets.

Minkydinkytrinky Sat 17-Aug-19 10:43:30

I have been using it for about 3 months and two of my bracelets have broken and needed to be sent back. Thankfully it is still within warranty so I’m now getting a full refund. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Ladies, it takes Ava up to 3 cycles to get used to your body. I still used opks and I actually ovulated CD12, which was confirmed by fertility friend, whilst Ava said I ovulated on cd15. I definitely would still use opks. Best of luck 💜

Me too! It’s very comfortable- can barely feel it. Sad that I’m so excited, but if been thinking about getting one for ages. Will be so nice not to have to remember to POAS or BBT each morning. smile

Lf803 Thu 15-Aug-19 18:32:52

@pookypup mine came today too!!! Excited to use it.

pookypup Thu 15-Aug-19 15:17:09

Mine has arrived - if anyone wants to use a referral code, do feel free

pookypup Wed 14-Aug-19 17:37:10

@Lf803 oh, that’s weird and frustrating - I got a dispatch email yesterday with UPS tracking details. Might be worth following up with them.

Lf803 Wed 14-Aug-19 17:18:21

@pookypup 😩 have you had a despatched email? I ordered mine Sunday and have heard nothing. X

pookypup Wed 14-Aug-19 15:25:59

Ordered yesterday

pookypup Wed 14-Aug-19 15:25:44

@Lf803 mine is due for delivery tomorrow!

Lf803 Tue 13-Aug-19 22:02:58

Hi everyone, how long did it take for yours to arrive? X

pookypup Tue 13-Aug-19 05:59:53

Thank you for the discount links - I’ve just taken the plunge. I noticed that if you add it to a basket and proceed far enough to enter your email, but don’t complete, you should get an email with a code for free delivery!

I’m looking forwards to not having to bbt with a beepy thermometer which wakes up DH!

Lf803 Sun 11-Aug-19 18:22:30

I just bought one 😊 I have a link if anyone wants £20 off
Can’t wait to start using it!

Lf803 Sun 11-Aug-19 13:43:11

@Doll34 thank you! I wonder if it’s worth the extra money for that, I guess it’s just convenience. X
