Anyone conceived after weight loss?

I know logically weight loss should definitely help with conception so I'm going to go for it, but some success stories would definitely help me get on with it!

I'm a stone overweight, bmi around 27, but I'd like to lose 2-3 stone as that's the weight I felt healthy and happy at.

Would be interested to hear from those who feel weight loss has helped, both with and without PCOS as I'm awaiting diagnosis. Thanks in advance!

Since April I've lost a stone and a half. Like you, I was less than a stone 'overweight' according to bmi. Now bmi 23. Still not pregnant. But my clothes fit better. I have at least pco, but for some reason consultant not fussed about diagnosing pcos. Taking clomid 2nd cycle. Ttc 20 months!

Conceived last Christmas on cycle 6. It was a chemical. Lost 2 stone ober the next 4 months to get to healthy bmi and nothing since a year later. Have put 1st back on as I lost heart. Will get another restart in the New Year 😞

Thank you for your replies. Sorry to hear you're both still waiting flowers

Oh and if you want some support minime I will be trying to lose weight around the same time (will try beforehand but know I'll overindulge at Christmas!) smile
