I have been using a fertility tracker app since I came off the pill in June. According to that, my period was due on 9/11/17, making a 29 day cycle. I tend to be longer than that, and had worked out my own date as being 15/11/17. As of today, I am either one, or two, weeks late, depending on which date I measure by. I am feeling nauseous in the mornings, have absolutely no signs of coming on any time soon (usually its really obvious from a week out!), and generally just don't feel 'right'. Every pregnancy test I have taken has said negative. I have an underactive thyroid, which last month at my annual review came back as fractionally overactive for the first time. I have a drs app next week to discuss thyroid, and am planning on asking for a blood test if I'm still getting negatives. I did have some very slight spotting at the weekend. Could I be pregnant even with all the negative tests?

Its not unheard of to get false negatives but id definately get the bloods done for it. Bloods are incredibly accurate and can actually measure the hormone. Even slightly elevated hcg can suggest implantation. Its hard to say based on what you have said whether you are or not, it could be that for whatever reason you may have ovulated later than usual hence why youre late yet with a negative test.

I feel ya with the thyroid though, ive been underactive for a couple years myself, it can really shunt your body’s equilibrium out of place 😖
