My period came early last month and lasted 3 days and this month im late ? What could this be

A normal cycle is not always the same length. You may ovulate a couple days early or late. Or you could have a cycle where you don’t ovulate which may be a different length. That too is quite normal once or twice a year.

Sounds like you have irregular cycles. Unfortunately it’s quite common.
