Right we are ready to start TTC but i have PCOS and im worried that will get in the way of things! please anyone with PCOS and has any recommendations or anything that can help along the way please tell :)

Weight loss if you need to lose weight is a good start. I’ve kicked off IVF now with a consultant who is knowledgeable in the field - he thinks getting your BMI to the lower end of normal (20-22) can often have the same effect on your ovaries as Metformin and the Pill.

Iodine. My periods went from 4 a year to 12 a year it was a magical cure for me.

I took Agnus Cactus from Holland & barratt when my periods were irregular due to previously diagnosed pcos. First month back to 30 days (from 10 weeks) and 2nd month pregnant.

Having said that that was our 3rd dc. After initial diagnosis I had to have clomid and ovarian diathermy to make me ovulate. Conceived on 7th month of clomid (2nd after diathermy)

For what it’s worth 2nd child was conceived naturally. You’ll get there. Try not to panic.
