Today is day 14 of cycle and have increased cm for couple days . But I have only had negative ovulation tests! These tests are one step cheapies from
Amazon ! Could they just not be working or am I just not ovulating?

You don't always ovulate on day 14....

And it isn’t positive. It might get positive later today or tomorrow though...

How long are your cycles? Women generally ovulate about two weeks before af starts. So a 30 day cycle means ovulation on cd 15/16, for example.

Opks can be helpful up to a point, as they don’t actually confirm ovulation but are just indicative that you might/ probably ovulate within the next 48 hours. So what can you do if it’s positive? Shag. What can you do if it’s negative? Shag.

I think that looks like you'll ovulate very soon. Try again in about 6 hours.

I am bang on 28 day cycles. Just did another test and it’s strong line. Bottom
One is 9am this morning and top one is now. Is that positive or not quite?

The one step instructions (in bag, not on packet) say they take 10 minutes to 'develop' and not to trust them after 30 minutes. So the result after 10 minutes is right (but negative). Your second one looks positive to me!
