So this is a strange one.... i keep getting a super faint line from 9dpo until my period arrives on 12dpo. (This is on either first response or Superdrug early) Each time I get excited and think wooop this is it. Then one day It will be negative and my period will arrive later that day. Iv considered the thought of early miscarriages and I guess it’s possible I would conceive 4 months in a row and then soon miscarry. But it seems odd to me.... Iv tried to google does HCG rise before your period but I can’t fine much about it. Does anyone know about this please? Or anyone else had this happen?

The only thing I can think of is either bad batch of tests or chemical pregnancy. It’s more than possible to get pregnant every month you try. Most women don’t notice a chemical pregnancy as they are lost before your period is due and most women aren’t usually taking pregnancy tests before af comes

These are tests from different shops and they are always negative until around 9dpo. Hopefully tomorrow my line will be much darker as it never gets darker it just stays super faint then goes negative then my period starts on time

Sounds like they could be chemicals. Alternatively, it's possible to have raised hCG levels due to certain medical conditions. So might be a good idea to see your gp about it.

Ok thank you 10dpo and line a little stronger today. Cramping constantly so not sure if I’m about to start my period

There is a theory that some women are hyper-fertile and their bodies will begin to accept non-viable fertilised eggs, so you briefly become pregnant quite often. I’ve had 3 of these and the recurrent mc clinic counts them and takes them seriously alongside my later (9 wk) mcs.

I would see your gp and they may refer you for more investigations.

Just saw your update - hope this is the one that sticks. I’d still see your GP ASAP.

My friend had similar, she started taking baby aspirin and the next one stuck.

It’s completely possible you’ve conceived every month and it’s just not stuck. It’s only with the advent of these more sensitive tests that’s you’d notice.

I’ve been ttc for almost a year - I get severe sickness in pregnancy and I’m convinced that I’ve conceived 8 of those cycles due to sickness. The difference between cycles is dramatic.

I had a false positive on a Superdrug test and there are lots of stories of them

These are not all false positives I’m using two different brands bought from two different shops and multiple tests are coming up positive. Ms.juniper that sounds freaky I’m going I google it!! This month the line is getting darker where as usually it doesn’t. However I’m having a constant dull cramp and can’t help but think it’s almost over once again. I will call my gp on Monday and see what they can help me with.

It’s very unlikely to get a false positive. It’s more likely you’re experiencing early chemical pregnancy
