HSG SPOTTING

So I have PCOS and am currently using OvuSense. Hubby and I have been ttc for 18 months.

On 12/10/2017, I had the HSG. The only cramping I felt was a sharp period pain cramp come and go when the dye was injected in. I’ve had no cramps since. I had no spotting, everything seemed normal.

I had the HSG on day 17 of my cycle, I had not ovulated at this point. I became ill and stopped using my ovusense for a few days so unsure whether I ovulated yet or not.

Anyway, the last couple of days I have had a very small amount of brown clot/discharge kind of spotting. I put it down to the HSG. Hubby and I have been bd this week and I guessed my cervix is still a tad sensitive.

Today I’ve still been unwell and have noticed pink/red spotting. Well it’s a little more than spotting but not like a period. I am CD 26 and cannot be sure when I ovulated due to having had a cough and cold the past week.

Could this be implantation or a delayed reaction to the HSG? Has anyone had anything similar??
