Need a little advice please

So period day one was 23rd Sept ovulation is normally around day 18 i was using clear blue for the first time this month and followed instructions but all negs currently day 24 and just waiting on AF however ive started having cramps, well more of a discomfort? Surely i couldn’t possibly? Could anyone shed a little light as to what it could be?

Perhaps you have a short LH surge so tested at the wrong time of day and missed it?

Possibly, maybe next month ill test in evening as i tested first thing as that was advised....
