Cm AFTER ovulation

I have a very regular 28 day cycle (once in a blue moon af starts on cd29) so if I'm ovulating, it should be around cd14. On that day this cycle, I had quite a bit of cramping in my right ovary but weirdly not a lot of cm at all and usually I have a lot. So much so that sometimes I feel like I've wet myself lol. Anyway, I'm now cd18 and feel very wet down there. I'm a bit confused as in 16 years of having periods, I have been like clockwork and having researched ovulation and everything, I know that the time between ovulation and af is always 14 days although between period and of can vary. So by that logic I ov on day 14.

BUT I did take norethisterone last month and got a breakthrough bleed few days after stopping it and was told CD1 would start that day but could it have messed up ovulation? Also I had a smear test on Monday and since then I seem to have a lot more cm so I don't know if that could be anything. Just trying to think of reasons as to why I have this cm now and not when I had ov pains a few days ago. Any ideas?

So I'm like you I ovulated around day 18 and since I've ovulated I've been losing quite a bit of cm ( mine has always dried up after ovulation then af arrives as normal ) af is due on Monday ( 18th) and the cm is still there and my pants always feel wet as if my period has started xx

sazzle it's kind of frustrating lol I've got a 21 day progesterone test on Friday and now I'm worrying that I've ovulated really late for some reason and now my test won't be accurate. I usually dry up after ov but in work today I felt so wet it was really annoying lol I wonder what is causing it. All I know is that it's not because I'm pregnant! x
