I just about Seven Seas trying for a baby supplement, so wanted to know how effective is it? Does it has any side effects? And when should I start taking it from?

Folic acid is recommended from at least three months before TTC.

I've heard some women say seven seas extended their cycle but I had no problems on it. I'm currently on Morrison's own pregnancy vitamins though, I can't imagine there's much difference between the two.

I'm on seven seas and have had no bother.

I did wonder if it's what has shortened my cycle some months down to 24 days but that's only been the last 4-6 months and I've been on it a year.

I had been taking Tesco's folic acid already but no luck as yet.
Thought to change to seven seas because I heard that girls have gotten pregnant just after using it for a month and some before that as well.
Plus, the tablet itself has days written on it i.e. starting from Monday.
Should I then start from tomorrow?
My AF is already here n it's my second day today.

I started taking it in May and due to start TTC end of July. My cycles have been fine and the only side effects I think I've had so far is a little bit of nausea which I assume is from the folic acid and has improved.

I've been taken them for months and think they're really good in terms of an easy to swollow vitamin. I've had no side effects.
You should take them straight away, no need to delay getting vitamins in your system.
