Does anyone else get this? I'm bad for always peeing at the best of times, but this is ridiculous. I have a wee and then 5 minutes later need another one! I've been up twice a night the last few days too.

I have premature ovarian failure, so highly unlikely to be pregnant. It's driving me mad!Angry

It's definitely a sign! Are you TTC anyway despite the POF?

Well we have a sex life, so I guess so Poppyj1Smile We just don't hold out much hope for it working.

My post ov temps are higher than normal this month though. Perhaps I've got more progesterone in my system than usual?

I've peed 4 times in 45 minutes and need to go again! This is not a practical situationGrin

There's always hope. Plenty of success story and no reason why the next one can't be you. I've read that alternative therapies and diet based changes can help. Not sure about temping as I've never used that method. I look at cm and opks. You could always take a test?

Temping is the only way I can reliably tell I've ovulated. Although sticking a thermometer up your Fannjo every morning is nobodies idea of funConfused

No testing. I know I'm not pregnant. I'm thinking it's the progesterone making me wee? I've read that can happen. Perhaps I should just get myself a catheterGrin

I may try temping in future!

Yes, probably the progesterone in that case.

It's very useful for knowing if you've ovulated. I sometimes have cycles were I get all the signs, but don't actually ovulate. I'd never know if I didn't temp.

It gets a bit obsession forming though, so watch out for that😉
