Sex drive during ovulation

Does your sex drive go up during your ovulation?

Any other time of the month I'm less than interested, I have to make myself want to want it.

But seriously, a few days before, to a couple of days after it's like I'm a dog on heat! I can't get enough and DP has actually told me 'no more' as he's shattered! Blush

Please tell me I'm not the only one!

Massively! I'm also like a dog on heat, it's hilarious. It seems to be getting worse as I get older too (just turned 41).
OP I love how you wore your OH out;)

Our hormones letting us know we're ready to reproduce, thats all. It's our body shouting, "QUICK, NOW, DO IT NOW!!!!"

Then a few days later it's like, "missed out, no point now"

Yep me! It takes me by surprise as after years of hormonal contraception I never experienced it til I was ttc! Kind of handy though as that's when you get pregnant... biology at its best!

I think it's funny because apparently when we are ovulating, our partners are more attracted to us in this time too!

I've been banned from even kissing him! Literally gave him a kiss (just a peck) and he was ready to go! So he's said no more until he's no longer sore!

So obviously I've been doing everything else to see if he changes his mind. He wants it and so do I! Was hoping this would be our month but I don't think so now!

I agree with what you said @ijustwannadance afterwards it's like 'yep, no point now pal, maybe next time'
