Anyone with antiphospholipid syndrome? Can you talk to me about it?

I've had some miscarriages and testing shows that I have a possible positive for antiphospholipid. I need to have the test repeated as apparently false positives are very common, but it all fits so my doctor thinks it's quite likely.

I'd plan to get pregnant via IUI anyway, FWIW.

Anyone able to talk to me about your experiences?
