Hi,

DH read an article recently about the Ava fertility bracelet and has since bought it for us. I'm only on day 2 of using it but was wondering if anyone else has one or had heard any stories (good and bad) about it?

I think it only launched in the UK earlier this year so most of the feedback I've seen comes from the US but again even that is a bit limited.

For anyone that's not heard of it (which I hadn't) it's a bracelet you wear at night and it monitors your temperature, sleep, HRV ratio etc and using that data tells you your 5 most fertile days per cycle. As I say I'm day 2 of using so no idea how it's going to pan out hence the interest in any feedback x
