Spotting before period

Hi guys,

Has anyone else experienced spotting before their period after coming off BC?
I've been ttc for 5 months and I keep getting spotting 3 days before my period is due, never had this before going on the pill. I have a short cycle so I'm worried there isn't enough time for an egg to implant before I start bleeding. Has anyone had this and a BFP??

Yep! Came off the pill end of October, cycle shifted to 26 days and I got 2-3 days spotting too.
I ovulated though around about CD12 so still a 14 day Luteul Phase.
Got my BFP last week x

Ah congratulations! That is reassuring, I'm ovulating on CD15 with a 26 day cycle, I'm hoping the spotting is just from coming off the pill and I'll get my BFP soon😊

The spotting might just be your new normal. I've not been on the pill for about 4 years, about 2 years ago I started spotting a couple of days before and it's continued since. Same happened to my friend. Don't think it will be effecting your ovulation and it's not counted as your af

Thank you, did think that, it's so confusing when your body changes, my periods don't feel like my own! I just hope that spotting from 8/9dpo won't effect implanting x
