It's not a line is it...?

I never thought I'd have to ask Blush I've been ovulating all over the place, so testing every 21 days just in case.

I'm fairly sure it isn't ... but in the light by the window it looks like a faint line. Or a colour flood. Thoughts?

Can you turn the pic into a negetive? I think I can see something in the first one but not 100% sure x

It looks like there could be a very very faint one but too faint to say for sure.

My rule is if you have to squint or hold the test at a particular angle or under a light or window etc to see the 'line' it is not a line.

Every time I have been pregnant it has been perfectly obvious the test is positive even from a quick glance- the line was always definitely there, even if not particularly strong.

There's the inverted ones!

Please don't feel bad for saying you can't see anything! You're only confirming what I think anyway Smile

Did another test this morning 🙂 Decent line, still a teeny bit faint, but there. I've got a digital to try later... but I'm not sure. Started cramping heavily, and just feels like it's going to be a chemical 😪

Zaber I have had a few chemicals. Heavy cramping and bled 3-4 days after a positive.
Wait until a week or so passes, if you don't bleed then start getting excited.

Thank you! I've had a few as well, not that that makes them any less shit 😪 ... oh well! Bugger all I can do other than wait and see.

I have had 3 consecutive ones infact, one after the other. Is is shit, but good to know we are not alone if you know what I mean. I went to the Doctors about it and he is sending me for a scan because I want to make sure everything is ok. So, if you're worried about them then help is available. Smile But he assured me they are normal. It's horrible isn't it, get the positive then cramping etc after, it's a complete downer.

I know what you mean, it's not something I would ever want to happen to anyone, but it's oddly reassuring. It better bloody stay positive this time 😂 I really can't be dealing with another period. Endometriosis is almost as shit as chemicals!

Yeah, periods can piss off aswell! Oh the pain. The things we have to deal with being a woman. How many chemicals have you had if you don't mind me asking? I've had 3 in total, recently.

3 over the course of the past 2 years, although I know some people don't consider them 'pregnancies' as such, these are the only times I've been pregnant in the last three years 😕

Out of interest have yours been consecutive? Or spread out over a few months?

Mine have been close, one after the other since October last year. I had a MC at 9 weeks last year, and these have happened ever since. I don't understand why. Hence why I pestered the doctors, because the gynaecologist didn't do anything. My bloods are normal, but I pushed for a scan and my GP agreed, Altho he is certain the results of that too will be normal. But I want to be sure. Peace of mind if you will.
It's a funny one, because you are pregnant, according to the pregnancy test, but the fertilised egg fails to survive and fails to embed in the uterus, so you pass it out as a 'late period'. The doctor told me I'm testing too early, and it's because I'm aware it's happening it's worrying me. He told me loads of women will have them, but they will just think they have had their period late for whatever reason. But I'm like well yeah of course I'm aware, I'm never late on my period, that's how I know, I'm like clockwork with my periods. And as for not testing, it's the norm to test when you're 1 day late, and don't they realise how hard it is to resist testing?! They don't class it as a pregnancy because nothing would show up on a ultrasound scan. They class a pregnancy as 6 weeks +

Forgot I meant to upload this earlier Grin to prove I'm not losing my mind.

And I know what you mean. EVERYONE tests once they are a couple of days late. When does your doctor think you should be testing!?

He says not until around 4 weeks after missed period! It's absurd! He said technology has advanced enabling women to test so early which isn't always a good thing.

And yeah that's a line. I always do clear blue and that always says pregnant 1-2 when my period is late. So the tests aren't lying, you can't get false positives. I just hope this one sticks for you. Any more cramping etc? When was you due on?

Report
cheeeseplease · 24/03/2017 19:36

I could see the line from the first picture too! fingers crossed for you this time!
