Dp working away until tomorrow night?! So can't say anything!

Should I continue with baby aspirin? Or is it best to stop taking that after implantation?

Had very definite, slight IB at 7/8 dpo...

I'd say that's a line congratulations @NaturWilde xx

NaturWilde · 23/03/2017 06:44

Thank you! Am being cautious...tested very early and so I know the risks at this stage.

Feel great, but I remember the tiredness kicked in much later in my first pregnancy.

BlueSpottyTiger · 23/03/2017 12:10

P.s what is baby asprin- and why are you taking it? Should i be taking it?.... (im breastfeeding though) xx

NaturWilde · 23/03/2017 12:16

Thanks @BlueSpottyTiger!

Not sure when breastfeeding, but a baby dose of aspirin (75 I think) is recommended during early pregnancy (and beyond) for certain conditions/implantation issues/recurrent miscarriage. The jury is out in terms of research but there's some to support it. Have a google!

Congrats!

minisoksmakehardwork · 24/03/2017 12:26

Congrats again. My sis was prescribed baby aspirin through her last two pregnancies due to low birthweight in her first. It made a huge difference of between 2-3lbs!! Something to do with it helping the umbilical blood flow better and therefore increasing the nutrients baby gets.
