Hey All

I have a completely TMI question for you all (sorry! Hehe)

I don't ever notice eggy CM I have looked internally and externally but never notice it. I have tried conceive plus this month but I'm still a little worried about what this means. Has anyone else had this? Pos cb ovulation 2 days ago - could I just not really know what I'm looking for?

I think some people just don't get it, I really wouldn't worry. It can vary in amount too - some months I get loads, and for days, and other months barely any. Last month I basically had zero, used fertility lube instead and just got my first ever BFP!

Good luck :) If CB saw an LH surge that's the most important thing.

Watery CM is also considered peak CM, so is fertile. Do you have that?

I pretty much don't get ewcm and I have a DS! I just get the watery kind.

Not everybody gets the EWCM or some people only get it in very small amounts so don't notice it. Other people gets lots of watery discharge, others don't really get anything. I wouldn't worry about it too much but if you're concerned then making sure you drink plenty of water around ovulation and limiting caffeine can improve your cervical mucous. There are also various things in your diet that can help production but I can't think off the top of my head! And yes as you said if you are still concerned lubes like conceive plus and Preseed try to mimic the conditions created by CM so they certainly won't hinder anything.

Last cycle was the first one where I got no egg white mucus at all. It was also the only one where I got pregnant (I've since lost the pregnancy), so I don't think it can be the be all and end all.

Apparently if you're not getting 'fertile' mucus timing is more important for you since the sperm won't be able to live as long inside you.

I didn't get any the month that I fell pregnant (sadly MC) but last month I had absolutely shed loads of it but only when I went hunting for it. I'd not have notice it if I didn't insist on poking my fingers up there! It seems to really vary!
