BBT Question

I normally take my BBT when I wake at 6:30am. This morning I woke at 3:30am (didn't know what time it was at first) and grabbed my thermometer and it said 97.3 degrees. (It's worth saying that I was on top of the covers, feeling chilly and that's why I woke I think.) When I realised what time it was I went back to sleep and didn't think about it.

Then when I woke at 6:30am (wrapped up warm and toasty) I checked again and it was 98 degrees.

Which temperature should I use for charting? I'm 11dpo if that makes any difference.

Thank you in advance smile

I'd personally use the second one but Mark it as questionable.

And you should be using a two decimal place thermometer - is that what you have?

Use the second temperature. But if you've had interrupted sleep, your temp might be a bit higher than usual.
