πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ well done snips!

buzzmoon Fri 03-Mar-17 19:44:21

grumpy I do think it's possible that it's just taking ages for your HCG with your history. I haven't lost hope for you

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips Fri 03-Mar-17 19:46:43

Thread 5 already girls - we are doing well!

Grumpy I've read that the levels can really vary. There's a chart on this link that lists the ranges at early pregnancy. For up to 4 weeks it can be lower than the sensitivity on some tests. Don't panic.

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips Fri 03-Mar-17 19:47:48

I managed to pick up some pink dye tests this eve but don't think they're v sensitive (stupid UAE).

buzzmoon Fri 03-Mar-17 19:50:09

Thread 5, 6 bfps and 1 on the way hopefully!
Actually 2 with you too parsnips! Anyone else testing soon?

TheGrumpySquirrel Fri 03-Mar-17 19:51:38

Thanks guys I remember being totally baffled with DD that the tests were negative for so long! FRER x2 just arrived.. DH sister is here, so I'm going to wait till morning for some concentrated wee!

DancingUnicorn Fri 03-Mar-17 19:52:20

Thanks for the new thread!! smile

I'm sorry you're still waiting grumpy! It's so horrible, the not knowing!! Fx for speedy answers.

xlaura Fri 03-Mar-17 19:59:02

Cannot believe how quick that last thread got filled up πŸ˜‚ I'm still in the bath..hour and half now..I recon the bathroom is gonna think I've become part of the furniture at this rate haha!

Mummyme87 Fri 03-Mar-17 20:26:30

Went to the baby show. Luckily only got asked once if we were expecting πŸ˜‚
I did a CB OPK and got a static smiley on CD9.. pulled the stick out and it was flooded so guessing that was dodgy. Did an IC this evening and was negative. Was having some ovulation type pains today which was random... hoping it was just general fertile week pains

Tigger83 Fri 03-Mar-17 20:57:30

Well done parsnips mines a disgusting decaf wink

MrsC2017 Fri 03-Mar-17 21:17:13

Well done parsnips can't believe how fast we plowed through that last one! I hope them pink dye tests are ok!!
grumpy I think u are as well off to wait til morning, fresh day, fresh wee, fresh frer, fresh BFP!
Fx for fertile week mummy!
laura I would kill for a hot bath right now. I've had a shit evening, my back is in agony and my neck (which is nothing new but normally helped by a soak and glass of sodding sauvignon), people in work were dicks today and it's pissing down and I mean pissing down, so much so that my wipers have broke and now I have to fork out 500 quid for new wiper linkage or some shit!angry

MrsC2017 Fri 03-Mar-17 21:23:27

Also feel like vomming since 4pm, I know I shouldn't moan so sorry for bringing down the positive tone sad

MrsC2017 Fri 03-Mar-17 21:24:10

Also forgot to add buzz u win the baby challengers slimmer of the year, u go girl, that's super impressive!

TheGrumpySquirrel Fri 03-Mar-17 21:26:45

Aww MrsC that sounds really tough! Can you snuggle up with a hot water bottle?

confusedat23 Fri 03-Mar-17 21:26:53

Tigger can you taste the difference? I'm on PG Tips decaf atm as its the nicest tasting by far...

I had my B12 injection today and everyone at the doctors was really excited about the pregnancy (i have the same nurse who has kept me alive for the last 5 years)... when i walked in she said she lined up my meningitis vaccine for this time but i was all like nuhuh i'm with child now wink... so shes going to trade it for a whooping cough one in 14 weeks time! Lol

What is the brand name Parsnips?

Grumpy you should get a better line in the morning but don't trust the ICs! They are so crap its amazing how they can sell them as 10mlu!

Happy hump week Mummy how annoying the CB OPK mucked up though as it stays on the screen for 48 hours!!

Mrs do you have a hot water bottle? I know its not the same but i used to be someone who laid in the bath for 3 hours with it scorching hot... and having a hot water bottle and snuggle under the duvet is a good substitue!

buzzmoon Fri 03-Mar-17 22:08:39

Awh mrs sorry you're feeling shit. Hot water bottle and duvet sounds perfect I think. Got any chocolate?
Thank you! I've been shit this week and going for a bottomless prosecco brunch tomorrow! So excited but deffo not going to have lost this week!!

So excited for your frer in the morning grumpy!

hb thanks! I've still got more to go because my dress was bought too small yes! 😱 so it does up but is a proper squeeze! About an inch around my waist and should be okay but I'm shitting myself that it's not going to fit!!

Seven0fNine Fri 03-Mar-17 23:53:47

Phew. I made it just onto the first page with the list!

A bottomless prosecco lunch sounds fabulous buzz I wouldn't mind one of those. Looking forward to your tipsy posts tomorrow afternoon! You can do it with the wedding dress, you've done brilliantly well so far!

Hope your OK MrsC we are totally here for you to moan at. That's alot of stress especially for a newly bfped girl and I hope you are relaxing now xx

I got Tetly decaf teabags the other day and they're not as bad as I thought they'd be. And we aren't a Tetly household either but they didn't have PG tips..

Whoever said on the last thread they were off for newborn snuggles tomorrow. I'm well jealous, they're the best! Enjoy xx

AllTheGlitters Sat 04-Mar-17 03:11:09

Ergh. Lovely DP went out this evening to go get me more tests because I was worried the one good positive wasn't enough! Only the co-op was open, and they only did these cheap midstream tests called Acutest. Did one straight away as I couldn't wait and the line is a lot fainter than the strong one I got yesterday confused Have scared myself by Googling and now feel anxious something is going to go wrong sad

TheGrumpySquirrel Sat 04-Mar-17 04:49:13

Hi guys. Well the line just now on the FRER was the same or actually even less obvious than the one from Thursday night, which definitely had pink colour. It's not even worth posting a photo sad feeling really fed up so going to take a break from obsessing for a few days and maybe test again in a week if AF doesn't show. I know I didn't imagine that pink! FFS. I was so sure.

Sorry to hear you are worried glitter I think MrsC had the same thing and the next test was darker again so I think levels can vary.

TheGrumpySquirrel Sat 04-Mar-17 04:50:15

Oh and glitter if it was a different brand you can't compare the lines! Midstream would show fainter too I think

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips Sat 04-Mar-17 04:56:29

They're called preg n care early result tests. But I think they are only 20ml sensitive so not expecting much. At least it's pink dye. There are only two choices here. That one or clear blue. No consumer choice whatsoever!

Bottomless prosecco lunch sounds amazing! We are going for a lovely roast today!
