A app is just a computerised application, is doesn't know you're body. It is just a rough guide. Carry on using you're OPKs and you'll figure out what's going on.

Depends what OPK's you use, mine are One Step and it says not to test first thing. I do mine at 2:30/3pm in the afternoon, making sure i haven't been to the toilet for about 3 hours (hard!!)

I'm on CD22 too and haven't ovulated yet according to my OPK's and the fact i have had zero ovulation symptoms... I'm not sure how long my cycles are yet though, i am a post-pill person Sad

I always seem to ovulate a few days later than my app predicts. I would use the app as a guide but would not rely on it completely. Keep taking the opks until you get 2 dark lines. This was mine today

Seems to be getting there! Not positive yet.

Maybe test twice a day from now on?

Hi Rebecca
That's so nearly there. Natur is right- now test twice a day so you don't miss it. The test line needs to be as dark or darker than the control line. You'll know when it happens. I found my best testing time was 6-8pm.

This was mine this moth.

It can change quite dramatically in one day. That's why doing two it best around the time you think it'll be so you 'catch' the surge. The surge can last just hours meaning if you only do one a day you might miss it.
