Herbal teas - specifically raspberry

Hi all,

I've been drinking a lot of roobis tea for a while now (definitely think it helped pregnancy which was Nov 16 - Jan 17) so can hugely recommend it .

What are your thoughts on raspberry leaf tea whilst ttc? I have been drinking it all week as had no period post erpc but have now been reading you shouldn't drink it post ovulation and some websites are saying you shouldn't drink at all whilst ttc.

What are you all drinking and has anyone had any doctor recommend raspberry leaf?

I think it's fine to drink rlt up to ovulation xxx

Raspberry leaf tea is fine up until ovulation. Put me straight on a 28 day cycle on the first month after the pill when I tried it years ago

Cool thanks, think I might drink it whilst on af as I never really know when I ovulate. Am really liking it!
