PCOS - Cycle day 46 - could I be ovulating?

Hi all,

I am in the process of being diagnosed with PCOS, I have had the ultrasound scan which showed cysts, day 21 blood test showed I had not ovulated yet that month, cycles which vary between 38 - 60 days length, occasional unwanted hair etc. I have my first appointment at the fertility clinic in 3 weeks.

I've been using home OPKs daily since beginning of December and had never had a positive result.

Last week I started Conception multi vits and had my first session of reflexology after reading other uses recommendations on here.

This morning I have done my usual poas and got a second red line for the first time, it's slightly fainter than the test line, but is definitely there!
I'll do another when I get home from work but I'm just so happy to see some "progress" for now!

Could I be ovulating? Or could this be a fluke? Is Cycle day 46 for ovulation just too unfeasible?
