5dpo cold/flu feeling symptoms possible??

I'm 5dpo and ever since 3dpo I've had a cold just out of no where over night which is strange for me as I usually feel it coming on, I'm just feeling snuffly and blocked up, feeling a bit dizzy and tired, yesterday I couldn't stop sneezing either, but not today. I know it's probably a mad question but could these be possible pregnancy symptoms?? Thanks

I was like this with both pregnancies from about 4-5 DPO. Could be a coincidence though!
