Okay so af is due tomorrow and I was feeling hopeful until this evening when I started cramping and had pink tinged cm when I wiped so guess I'm out. Again!

So, onto the next cycle. Anyone else? Introduce yourself!

I'm Becki, I'm 27. I'm ttc#2 but I've been pregnant twice. Daughter is 8 (from previous relationship) had to have a termination with my last pregnancy which left me with scarring in my uterus. I'll probably find it hard to conceive, if at all :(

Hope there are a lot of bfp's coming in March!!

After 4 months of normal cycles while I wasn't TTC, now we have started, my body has basically shut down. Last cycle was 55 days and it's driving me crazy. Have been using Clearblue dual hormone OPKs every other day this cycle and no sign of ovulation yet this month. Annoyed doesn't even begin to describe it. Sex at the moment is twice a week and I feel like that just isn't enough.

Oh no! Sending good vibes your way! I'm very lucky I have regular 28 day cycles that run like clockwork. Although it's very bittersweet as I don't want to see any more periods for a while, I want to be pregnant! I got pregnant at 18 from one missed pill. ONE! And now I'm dtd bareback a hundred times during my fertile week and nothing. Typical! Have you tried bbt? Apparently that's a good way to show you're ovulating but I couldn't get my head around it tbh lol

Hi Ladies!

I am on the Feb bus/train (?) but I am due to test early to mid
March so guess a seat here is more appropriate!

I'm 31
On cycle 2 (chem preg last month on cycle 1, boo!)
Ttc no.3 (have a nearly 4 and 6 yr old)
Cd15 but cycles have been 37-40 days so still aggeeesss till ov!!

Anyway due to the disappointment from cp last month I have developed
quite the adversion to hpts! The thought of peeing on one fills me with dread as I just know if I see the line again I will worry that it will get lighter like last time So I have decided to do opks and then boycott the tww and test on husbands bday 15th March of i can hold off and af hasn't arrived!

Hope Spring brings us more than better weather ladies xx

I'm in a pretty similar situation as you cheese, I came off the pill in September, my periods were absolutely perfect- regular 28 day cycles and for the past two months when actively trying, they've both been a little bit late with about 3/4/5 days of spotting leading up to it.
Frustrating! Here's to the lucky March month!

My cycles since I stopped the pill in sept have been like 28-37-31-30-28 (had one long one when I was taking pregnacare conception!!!) x

Morning ladies! I figured trains get to where you want to go faster than a bus so... ;)

Af is due today. No sign yet other than a tiny bit of brown tinged cm. I'm fully expecting the excruciating cramps to start while I'm in work. My cervix is still high and soft where it usually drops low for af so I'm sure it'll be in full swing later on.

Anyone else a ridiculous symptom spotter and poas addict? I'm considering going cold turkey this cycle. No opks, no charting my symptoms... I know roughly when I ovulate (around cd15) and I just feel like I'm stressing myself out!

Let's keep our fingers crossed for some bfp's :)

Bubble I'm doing that next cycle if I don't catch this one, I was misreading my opk last cycle so this time I'm having one more proper go of charting and opk then if that doesn't work, I'm having a month "off" i don't want a Christmas baby anyway see haha I'm a November baby so would love a bundle of joy for a birthday present! But if not, I'm gonna have a cold turkey month next one lol x

there is another march bus started by ovariesfrogotherpassword that i am on as well. The more buses the merrier i say!
AF just coming to an end here, cd3.
I am on about cycle 7 which is pretty depressing but actually not going to panic until it has been a year.
TTC #3 i have a 4 and 6 yo.
Got some technology this month and i am determined to actually have more sex! we started setting alarms and doing it at 6am last month which i think might be the way forward with a busy busy life.

Lovely to see you all (although I would rather you all weren't here and already had your bfp of course!)

I'm not keen on a Christmas baby either misty haha. I'm still waiting for my period to show up today. I'm never normally late, had 28 day cycles like clockwork for 15 years, but as I've come to learn from ttc, anything is possible! Cervix is still super high and soft although did have a little tiny bit of brown discharge on my finger after checking. I'm a bit confused :/ I'm sure she'll either show up today or tomorrow. Someone said I could be having late implantation bleeding but that would seem a little bit too coincidental seeing as it's the exact same time I'm expecting af.

Do any of you have any known fertility problems? Or you all just going with the flow? I've got pregnant so quickly in the past, this whole having to be patient and wait thing is new to me!

From what I've read implantation is often confused for af so don't give up hope yet!

I'm one of those people that have always just assumed I'd have kids one day 😳 been with hubs on and off for 13 years and spent my entire 20s trying not to have kids, just because I wanted to be settled and secure first. Now 32 and married to him, came off pill in sept and... nothing has happened 😩 stresses me out as I've seen 2 friends having to need ivf... but also seen a few over the years (one recently, same age as me) falling pg by accident!
Soon as I hit 30 I began to feel my clock ticking and now I do worry every day that we may have problems just because it hasn't happened instantly. But hubs has a child from years ago (and impregnated 2 more ladies before I met him, neither of whom carried full term, 1 mc, 1 ab) so I tend to think if there was a problem, it would be me.
Although he's 36 now but I didn't think age was as significant with men.
So kind of just here hoping for the best! Sept and oct was just NTNP but I've been actively ttc since Nov and can't help being worried.
But I do know it doesn't always happen right away so will give it til the summer, and if nothing has happened, a trip to the docs will be on the cards!x

Oh that sucks. It's crazy how we try so hard not to get pregnant and then when we want to, nothing! I fell pregnant at 18 completely by accident, one missed pill is all it took! Then back in 2015c it happened again. Unfortunately I had a termination. There were a lot of factors in my personal life which just weren't okay to bring another child into it. It was a very much wanted baby though and it's honestly destroyed me and I think about it every day. I can't help but think that the scarring from the surgery is my karma for doing such an awful thing :(

I'm thinking of quitting ttc altogether and going to have treatment for the scar tissue. November isn't too bad I guess, but when you want something so desperately even a month is too long! Have you been using all the "stuff"? Pre-seed and whatnot? All I've used is opks, I've seen so many women spending hundreds on conception stuff I've never even heard of before!

Hi all can I prematurely join?! 33 cycle 5 ttc #1 Aunt Flo due 20th but like cheese i Spent a fortune on cb sticks no ovulation noted, query cp last cycle .... 8 day super mild period so think that's why no ov.

Gutted and cried my eyes out last night to oh although feeling a wee bit better about it today.

Have you ever had tests to check you're ovulating? You can request an ultrasound where they check your follicles. Not sure if they do it before the "trying for a year" thing though!

EMHW same! My whole Tuesday was ruined because of the stupid low result on the OPK. And I am so sure I'm ovulating right now. Also, it's going to bankrupt me using them all the time!

Misty I am the same as you having seen a couple of friends really struggle to get pregnant for no apparent reason. I worry so much that will be me.

Bubblegum I assumed I wouldn't be able to get that on the NHS until we had been trying for a year. Debating having a private fertility MOT but it's a lot of money.

Just a quick question...what does 'trying' mean to you guys? I'm tracking ovulation (or trying to anyway) and DTD around that time, but it's a twice a week only thing at the moment. I don't feel like that's enough to consider us 'actively trying' if that makes sense.

I personally don't want to track my ovulation as in use ovulation sticks as if it happens it happens in my eyes (meaning a BFP) I don't want to obsess over my body and when yo have sex and when not to! but obviously each to there own! Me and my partner regularly DTD as in 5-6 times a week, so actively TTC for me is just not using protection haha! Fingers crossed its our month! As 5-6 a week doesn't necessarily mean a BFP! To answer a question from above, ttc for me is dtd as often as possible without protection. I do know that I ovulate a few days after my period which is probably quite an unusual time from what I've heard? I conceived dc1 with sex I had on the third day of my period. I do know that sperm can stay alive for a few days to wait for an egg. I always know I'm pregnant as I am irritable and feel like the hormonal preteen I was many years ago
