Ovulation Bleeding/Spotting

Hey there. Just looking for some other people's experiences before I go and speak to my GP. I'm a little confused by what is happening at the moment.

Been TTC for about 7 months (some months with more attention than others). This month I've been using the Clear Blue digital OPK.

Im on day 5 of High Fertility, but I am having light bleeding? It's more that spots or streak when I wipe. But definitely less flow than AF.

Anyone else had something similar and still conceived?

I have ovulation bleeding if I do exercise on the day of ovulation, I don't otherwise. I've been ttc for 3 years and I'm currently 5+1 and this is the only month I haven't exercised around ovulation time due to a chest infection. I don't know if there's any link, but it seems coincidental!
