Anxious need some reassuring

I have always been a slient reader and always got help from other people's thread. But today I just need some direct reassurance I suppose. So basically I am pregnant, found out two days ago. But I have been pregnant twice before in the space of 4 months, both which ended in early miscarriages. The second time it happened it really got to me.

Now this pregnancy is making me very very emotional. I am literally scared to hope. Every little pain or cramp I get scared it stresses me out. I seriously don't know how to cope with this. So if any one has been in similar situations, may be some positive stories will help. Like how painful are early pregnancy cramps? And what are normal early pregnancy cramps like?

Also I'm not sure whether I should keep testing every couple of days to see if the line gets darker (should it get darker?) would you guys recommend this?

Really looking for some positive stories. Thank you for reading Smile

I'm sorry for you losses. It's heartbreaking isn't it?
Congratulations on this pregnancy though! I completely understand your anxiety. If I fall pregnant again after my miscarriage in November, I'll be exactly the same.
From what I've read in the past, the advice is not to retest everyday in the hope of getting a darker line. It's expensive and will probably add to your anxiety as your urine can be more diluted some days which could give you a fainter line.
All I can say is, take each day at a time Flowers

It's happening again. Basically had a coughing fit at 4am and went to the bathroom to pee and there was blood. I just wish I was able to stop this. 3rd time in a row I really can't handle this anymore.

ahijaw - am really sorry to hear this. You must be very upset. Take care of yourself the best you can - it is a very upsetting time.

Can you go to your doctor and try and get some help/investigations?

I can understand a little bit as I have had 3 early miscarriages in the last year and all of them were very upsetting. The 3rd time I found out I was pregnant I was just terrified all the time and then when I started bleeding just gutted.

Just wanted to wish you all the best. Do let us know how you get on. xx
