I've got PCOS and I'm on my first cycle of clomid 50mg (2-6) had first scan on day 8 they said my folicles wasn't very big they said 8.5cm was the biggest. Going back for another scan on Friday(13). I'm taking vitamains have been the last year we've been trying but what else can I do to help my folicles grow bigger?

I read water and excersice but I dunno what else.

Do you mean 8.5mm? 8.5cm would be huge!

Anyway, I conceived last month on clomid and my follicles were only small at cd11 (10.5mm biggest if I remember rightly) but they grow quickly by the time they're getting ready to release so by cd15 it was 18mm and it was gone by cd18. And like I say, I conceived so it was no issue for me that it took a bit longer to start growing!

Good luck.

Yeah I can imagine. Even if worst case scenario you don't ovulate, they will try upping your dose next month. But I really wouldn't worry yet Smile
