What's your experience? When's the best time? Is it different for everyone? Do you test more than once a day?

I always got my positives with FMU so I stuck to just doing one a day. You're supposed to use afternoon wee really though!

Afternoon for normal OPK, But if you're using clear blue dual hormone it definitely says first morning urine. I tested once a day until I got high fertility and then sometimes twice until peak showed. Hope that helps xx
