I got my first BFP (after a very long time TTC) back in November, however it wasn't meant to be. Sad
Since then, I've tried to be calm and not stress out too much now my body has suddenly decided to chuck eggs out! I started using Ovia to track my cycles, as I'd previously given up counting days/symptom spotting and have been lurking for weeks on here to keep me sane!

I've had one AF exactly on time following the miscarriage. I'm due on again today. I'm always regular, 27 days. I am feeling exactly the same twinges as I did before I got my BFP last time. I know it sounds crazy, but it's different than AF cramps. Almost a cold tingly sensation on one side. Last time I didn't test until I was a week late so I obviously didn't notice any other obvious symptoms, other than the twinges. I thought AF was arriving at any moment, until I finally tested and saw those magic two pink lines!

After gathering so much info and reassurance from other threads, I thought I'll bite the bullet, stop lurking and share my own symptoms and feelings - and outcome - as I am going to POAS tonight. Unless of course AF arrives.

Please cross your fingers. I'll let you know the result later.

Ok, so BFN. I'll try again in the morning. Still no sign of AF as I usually have some spotting the day before too.

I can still hope can't I?

I don't use OPKs now, but when I did, I always peaked on or around CD16 so if that's still the case then I'm possibly only 11dpo today. Of course, I've been frantically googling statistics regarding results.

I need to wait and see what happens tomorrow then test on Friday if nothing.

will be testing early in the morning

Definitely could be too early for bfp. Hope you get a result tomorrow!

Good luck OP. It could well be too early.

I'd say save the test and wait until you actually miss AF. What's a few more days? You'll have 9 months to wait anyways.

Thanks, I know I need to be patient, but couldn't go through another day of obsessing today.

BFN. Still no sign of AF either.

I feel like this is my last chance. I thought it might have been the menopause when I got my BFP, because I never in a million years thought I was pregnant. We have tried for so long and accepted that it wasn't meant to be.

I really don't know how to process how I'm feeling at the moment.

Sorry for the BFN but really wait. I didn't get my BFP until CD34. Whiter than white BFn on CD32. How old are you if you don't mind me asking? Why would you think you're going though the menopause? X

Hi MouseLove, thanks for your reply.

I'm 43. I've always had regular 27 day cycles, but over the past 6-12 months they have changed from quite light, hardly noticeable, to very heavy and painful. I went to see my GP who fobbed it off as changes approaching the menopause! She nearly fell off her chair when I told her I was pg!

Still no sign of AF. I must have been to the loo about 20 times so far today.
