Implantation or period??

Hey mum's,

Having had my first LO I'm returning for your experience and knowledge!

My little boy is nearly 18 months and still breast fed, obviously not very often because he eats 3 meals a day and snacks etc. My period or what I thought was my period arrived 2 weeks ago, was extremely light and only lasted about 2-3 days on and off. I did a test and it was negative....any way 2 weeks pass and again I have very light bleeding for only 3 days on and off.....I have been feeling nauseas for weeks but have had the norovirus in later November so don't know if that's still messing with my stomach.

I feel like I COULD be pregnant but am after a bit of advice/guidance. Any ideas??

From what I gather, implantation bleeding is usually very light and doesn't usually last more than a day. However I've never had it so I don't know personally, just going on what I've read :)
