Ovulation spotting? Is that a thing? I have pcos and long cycles to it's hard to pinpoint exactly when ovulation is but it would be sometime in the next week. My cervix is high, I was checking for ewcm but instead it was slightly brown then a blob of blood. I'm pretty sure it would be too early for implantation bleeding. Google tells me this is a thing and can be a sign of ovulation . My health anxiety has now told me I have cervical cancer...reassurance please!

Yes, ov bleeding is a thing and it's a good sign. My friend with PCOS gets it too.
