Confusion

Hi all, this is my first post.
Ive been married for just over a year. Nether of us are ready for a baby, we both feel we are still too young! We both have things we want to do before we have a family, travel, renovate the house etc...

I've taken quite a few pregnancy tests over the past year due to having 'the feeling' however they have always been negative. However no mater how determined I am that i'm no where near ready to have a baby, i couldn't help but feel sad every time the negative result came???
Why is this? im not ready for a baby so why do I get so sad?
