I am just intrigued to see if they are worth the money, before buying any … also trying not to be so regimented with sex and it could probably become more of a chore etc.

Definitely worth it. Ttc for dd2 (now 25 weeks pg) for 15 months. Sex became a bit of a chore so knowing when to do it worked for us.

I bought some quite cheaply off amazon. We conceived on the 3Rd cycle of trying, only used the opks in that last month, worked a treat!

I am thinking this could be a good idea then! Helbelle75 do you remember which make they were or just generic?

They were one-step ones. Good luck!

I had the same as above. They're worth it as they're dirt cheap and give you a good guide about when to do it.

Yes! The clearblue ones. We were trying for our 2nd baby for around a year with 1 MC about 4cycles in. First month using these - pregnant. I wish I tried them when trying for DC1.

I think so, I think I used clearblue ones, they were digital and have you a smiley face on the right day. Not cheap but worth it and I wish I'd got them sooner.

They caused me a huge amount of extra stress and worry. After 18 months of pissing in pots and trying to see lines my husband proposed, I forgot all about the bloody opks, had a lot of happy sex and got pregnant.
You can use your common sense and know that you're going to be fertile in the middle of your cycle but just try to enjoy it and let it happen.
