Anyone have cramps after sex during the TWW? DH and I had a quick shag this morning and I had wretched cramps afterwards, like doubled over and couldn't catch my breath, huffing and puffing like a labour video. It lasted for about 20 mins and then got slowly better over another 20 min. I've only had this once, ever, a couple of days before my miscarriage, so I am terrified that we got lucky this month and now have knocked something loose!
I'm not temping or OPKing this month, but I should be about 7 dpo and AF isn't due on for another week. Defo wasn't positional or constipation or wind. Anyone had this before? Am I being mental?
