Unexplained infertility after second trimester mcs?

Does anyone have any experiences of unexplained infertility after one or two second trimester miscarriages?

I am starting to get really concerned that our local assisted conception unit can find nothing wrong with either DH or me, yet it has been 11 cycles of ttc with no luck (two on clomid).

I wouldn't be so worried about this if it wasn't for the fact that I conceived within two cycles of ttc in 2014 and 2015. I lost both these babies at 23 weeks to cervical insufficiency, and contracted an infection in the membranes with the last loss.

I guess I am worried that something about these losses and the manner in which they occurred has created some sort of "sub-fertility" factor that the ACU doesn't test for in their normal protocols.

Does anyone have any insight into this situation at all?
