Hi, I've been on the pill for roughly 8 months now since having my lb. I haven't missed a pill since starting them but recently I've began getting strong period pains and I've started to bleed/spot. This is the first time it's happened. I'm unsure with the pill as I was on the injection for years before getting pregnant so I don't know if this is normal or not. This might sound silly but do you have to take the pill the same time everyday? Could this be the reason? Thanks if anyone can help x
