7 DAYS LATE NEGATIVE TEST

Hi all!! I was just hoping someone could shed some light or even tell me if they've had the same experience and what the outcome was?? So according to my period tracker I was supposed to come on my period on Monday which was a week ago today and I've still not come on.. Over the weekend I had cramping which felt like period cramps but I still didn't come on.. I took a test yesterday which was negative but I was drinking alcohol Saturday which might have had something to do with the negative?? I don't know.. Am I pregnant?!!

Alcohol wouldn't have changed the outcome of the test. And it's rare to get a false negative. But it maybe that you need a more sensitive test and give it another go to be sure.
