This. I really saw a line earlier! DH says its so faint it doesn't count. Opinions?

Angiepoise Fri 29-Jul-16 01:13:53

That just looks ridiculous. There was a line earlier...

KittensandKnitting Fri 29-Jul-16 01:15:26

When did you take the test?

Angiepoise Fri 29-Jul-16 01:18:59

First thing this morning, no line, binned it.

Got it out of the bin a bit later, saw a faint line. Which has now disappeared.

KittensandKnitting Fri 29-Jul-16 01:21:57

if you saw a line within 10 mins that was faint but pink it's a positive

KittensandKnitting Fri 29-Jul-16 01:22:44

The very faint lines sometimes disappear, how many days DPO are you?

apatheticfallacy Fri 29-Jul-16 01:25:51

kittens it's a blue dye test, not pink.

I think I see something and I'm on my phone and have had a --couple of- glasses of wine.

Test again in the morning !

KittensandKnitting Fri 29-Jul-16 01:28:23

depends on how many days DPO you are or days late from period

sandylion Fri 29-Jul-16 01:40:09

I think that's possibly an evaporation line. Take it from an obsessive tester...bury the used ones DEEP - I shed many a tear from an evap line.

Test again in the morning.

KittensandKnitting Fri 29-Jul-16 01:47:42

A grey line is almost always an evap line

It really does depend on how many days DPO you are

I am very well practised in POAS

Angiepoise Fri 29-Jul-16 08:36:38

15 dpo I think.
I read an article by a doctor which said that line, however faint, "counted" because it showed a chemical reaction. My line was blue, honest! As soon as I need a wee I'll test...

Fullofnachos Fri 29-Jul-16 08:39:12

I see a line!

Lovelyname Fri 29-Jul-16 08:40:34

I can see a very faint line - i would say its a positive x

GruffaloPants Fri 29-Jul-16 08:40:56

I see a line!

Probably best to retest for your confidence given the time lapse.

CinderellaFant Fri 29-Jul-16 08:42:13

I see a line! I had a line like that, you could only see of you held it up against the window. DH said it was too faint to count too. Well that line is now my 4 year old daughter!

Angiepoise Fri 29-Jul-16 08:54:33

I've just tested again. Just one line! I can't resist having another look later though, sorry...

(I've also had a binned pg test in the past which developed a line much later -- she's now 15!)

gingerbreadmanm Fri 29-Jul-16 10:20:26

i see the line. looks more grey than blue tho which means could be an evap. can you hold your pee and get some pink dye tests?

Angiepoise Fri 29-Jul-16 11:05:00

I saved some (sorry, gross) and went and got a first response...

It's very faint but it appeared within 3 mins...

Angiepoise Fri 29-Jul-16 11:05:54

Argh, you can't see it on the pic but it's there, it really is.

I am appearing like a madwoman. Ahem.

sillibillie Fri 29-Jul-16 11:06:45

I can see a pink line smile

Angiepoise Fri 29-Jul-16 11:09:43

Oh thank you (and thanks to all previous commenters for humouring me).

3luckystars Fri 29-Jul-16 11:09:53

I see it!

gingerbreadmanm Fri 29-Jul-16 11:22:07

a line is a line ha! congrats!

HungryHorace Fri 29-Jul-16 12:13:18

That's a line! Congratulations.

And I have a 2 year old late-developing line of my own. :-) It does happen!

GruffaloPants Fri 29-Jul-16 13:14:18

Another line! Congratulations. Easier to see than my line for my second pregnancy, and I now have a snuggly 3 day old to show for it!
