DH and I have decided to try unmedicated IUI next month. We have been TTC for 9 months, I just got AF and we've decided to give IUI a go next cycle. DH is 46, I am 40 this week and we both have 2 kids each from previous relationships. DH's sperm count is excellent, my tubes are clear (hycosy done 2 months ago) and all tests normal (LMH of 7.1). The private consultant we saw gave the IUI a 20% chance of success per cycle. Just wondering if others went through this and if IUI worked first time. Have to say that I feel pretty pessimistic it won't work so would love to hear some success stories!
