cold/flu like symptoms 2ww

I am not sure exactly when I might have ovulated. However I had really sore boobs starting exactly a week ago but strictly on the sides and armpits. Bit strange. Then the next day or so my neck glands swelled up and I found it hard to swallow. The sore boobs and swollen glands have subsided but it was all followed by a now very stuffy and runny nose. Tested this morning and bfn but keep reading stories where cold/flu symptoms lead to bfp. So far I have no symptoms that AF is on the way but cant ever be sure.

Has anyone else had experiences similar to this and got a bfp? Would be very useful to read :)

I had that last month and was convinced I was in for a BFP! Sadly not
