Morning all,

Could anyone recommend a BBT that measures 1/10 please? I've been searching internet, but can only find ones that measure 1/100.

Wanting to go with the advice in Taking Charge of Your Fertility that recommends the former.

Thanks in advance😊

Back in the dark ages (mid 1990s) I got mine from my family planning clinic!

This one looks like what you're after.

Thankyou for your replies' ladies.

I think I'm a little confused though (or dense) I've printed my charts off the TCOYF website, and there's only the option to record one digital after decimal point. What do you therefore do if the number isn't even? Say my temp is taken as 97.45 (which it frequently is) Do I round it up to 97.5 or down to 97.6.

It's really confusing me, and it's the understatement of the year to say maths was never my strong point!

Bbt should always be taken to two decimal points as to one isn't accurate enough. I've never come across anyone saying otherwise. If you have a smart phone, the app Fertility Friend is good for logging each day.

Thank you Simply Divine. I'm even more confused now though. There's definitely no option to take it to two decimal places on the chart I've got. I've been writing them at the bottom though.

I will download the app that you suggested😊

I would ditch that chart. It sounds prehistoric! As a side note, once you get into temping you will probably find it very useful. I sure have. Granted we're now on cycle 15 of properly trying and I'm still not pregnant, but I can see when my period is due and I can also tell I'm not pregnant by the temperature plummet two w days before af arrival.

I thought TCOYF was the conception bible, so I just assumed that the charts from that would be the best one.

I'll definitely get Fertility Friend app and keep charting. It's fascinating stuff.

Hope you get your bfp soon Simplydivine.

I've not read it so I couldn't comment but I've just thought, if it is American then they log in Fahrenheit and to one decimal point so that would explain it. You could do this but most thermometers are in Celsius in the UK. An app is easier anyway as it calculates everything for you.
Good luck x
