Want to try and track my cycle this month using temperature rather than OPK. Can anyone explain how to do it? thanks!

You want a thermometer (digital) that shows two decimal places - look on Amazon for a baby mad one or similar.

You want to take you temp, as much as possible, at a similar time each day. Ideally you would set an alarm 30 mins before you wake up and temp them, but if that's too much faff, take your temp the second you wake up. Don't drink, move, get up etc before taking your temp as it starts to rise very quickly once you wake. Just take one reading, orally, and log it into an app such as fertility friend.

You really need an entire cycle of temps before you can see a pattern, so don't worry if it looks crazy until you finish your cycle. Fertility friend will automatically add crosshairs onto your chart of temps for you when it judges that you ovulated
