Hope some of you can help.
I'm new here so don't know what to expect.
I'm TTC with my partner. I was on the Implanon for over a year and had it out in febuary/ March. I had my first period in April and was actually due today. I haven't come on. It might be that my cycle is longer or something else. I've done a test and had a negative result. Can anyone give me any advise please. Thank you

I would think there's a possibility that your periods may not be regular straight away. Also I may be wrong but you may ovulate at a different time whilst your body gets it out of your system / gets into a regular cycle.
I'd perhaps wait it out abit longer. If you do get your period then I would be tempted to buy those ovulation sticks to check when you're ovulating

I can't really advise I'm afraid but am sort of in a similar position as period was due yesterday but no sign of it yet. Took two of the stupidly expensive First Response tests today and both negative. I think I'll wait a few days and then test again (and make sure it's the first wee of the morning).

We aren't actually TTC but would be happy either way.

We have a toddler DD and when I was pregnant with her I had a negative test initially (on the day my period was due) then retested a few days later (first wee of the day) and it was positive

Finger crossed for you OP.

Thanks for the reply. I guess I'm too broody recently, and are TTC so my period would be like the main sign starting off.
