Could I be pregnant? Not sure what to think, need advice and experiences please?

I have the implant and was wondering if anyone has or is going through this.
My symptoms:
Missed period (6 days late so far)
Dizziness
Nausea
Tender and swollen breasts
Tiredness
Pressure in pelvis or lower abdomen
Unsure whether around my nipples are darker. Sometimes they look it but then they don't.
Lower back pain
Some light cramping

Now I know people say these things can be caused by pms too but I've never had Nausea or Dizziness before periods and pressure in pelvis Is a new one!
No idea. I know that the implant can cause me to feel like this too but I've only got 9 months left with it and I've never felt like this before. This is my second implant and only just started having these symptoms.
I've took 9 hpts. 3 CBD's, 2 sainsburys, 4 cheap strip tests.
Both sainsburys had faint lines, barely visible but I saw them. Unsure what they meant but there you go. Heard they give false positives sometimes. All of the CBD were not pregnant, one I took 3 days before I was due on, other two when was 2 days late and 5 days late. The 5 days late one wasn't with FMU because best mate said if I was pregnant it will tell me by now.
4 strip tests, 3 negative, one faint line which was this morning.
Unsure what to make of that one incase it's also false.
Really feel like I'm going crazy and will ask for a blood test from docs, just want to know anyone experienced this with or without implant?

You are more likely to get false negatives than false positives. The pregnancy hormone is either there or not. I'd wait another day or two, test again and then head to the GP!

I'm phoning the docs tomorrow because it takes ages to get an appointment! I will retest in a few days too. I'm so confused. I'm feeling sick today so that's what's making me think I still could be. My best mate definitely thinks I'm not pregnant and I'm making myself feel like this because of the clear blue digital came back not pregnant. She said it's very rare they are wrong but I don't believe that.

You've had 3 positive tests. I'd get to the GP, family planning or sexual health clinic ASAP, whichever has the soonest appointment, if there's a chance you'll need to get the implant out or at least find out what's going on and what you can do. Is it more likely to be an ectopic pregnancy with implants? If so, you need seeing as soon as you can.

Those clear blue digital tests are actually a lot less sensitive. False positives are very rare.

Sorry just saw that you've had it in for over 2 years. Do you get regular periods with it in? It stops you ovulating so most women don't get a true period, some women have no periods, some have spotting here and there and some have more prolonged problematic bleeding. I guess it's not totally impossible that you're pregnant, but it is a very reliable method of contraception. Could the lines be evaporation lines?

i Don't take any other meds, and my periods were irregular unti this year, I know it's possible that my period may have become irregular again and my implant could make me feel this way I just can't explain the symptoms I'm getting and the tests. The lines came up before the time was up so not evaporation lines.

I've had what also felt like ovulation pains before my last two periods, just tiny pains but I could be wrong. They were probably nothing but they happened exactly around the time I was supposed to ovulate which confused me a little but thought nothing of it.

Ok, I think you should wait another couple of days and test again on first morning urine.

I'm calling the docs tomorrow to get a blood test done and make an appointment for my implant to be taken out. If I'm pregnant I need it out, if I'm not I still want it out because if it's the implant doing this to me, I don't want it anymore. I feel horrible! Nausea is really kicking in now lol. I will be taking my last test tomorrow morning too.

Post pics of your next test, make sure that you can get hold of a early response one & use the moring wee on it x

Hi me again, went to docs yesterday and got tested, was negative. Maybe it is just my implant doing this to me. I'm going to be getting it out of my arm Because I still feel icky and I don't want to keep feeling like this. I didn't take another hpt because I started feeling like I was actually going mad!
