Freaking out! semi hard lump in breast?

I just checked my breasts, as i do once a week, i've had several other pregnancy symptoms but clear blue tests are coming back as negative as of yet. possibly 8-9dpo, and i've found a hard formation which is tender. it's not visible from looking at it, put moving the breast in certain ways and you can definitely feel it. I also have majorly blue veins running across my breasts and loads of tiny purple spider like ones.
Should i be worried?!

Try not to panic, these things generally turn out to be nothing. Best to make an appointment with your doctor just to get it checked out though :)
