Hi everyone, just joined so apologies if this has been asked before (did try and search but everything seemed to be from a few years ago so I'm unsure whether or not the answers would still be the same!) Been TTC for a about 9 months and think this month it might just have happened! Grin AF is 3 days late in arriving, and have experienced what Google has told me can be symptoms of early pregnancy! Planning on testing tomorrow when DP is here, but have just realised that I will need to actually go and buy a test first, as I must have went through them all when I went test crazy a couple of months ago! So before I go and buy every test available thought I should get the expert opinions of you wise MNer's as to which ones are actually the most reliable and accurate? I remember hearing that the cheap pound shop ones are actually just as good as, if not better than the more expensive branded ones?

Pound shop / Internet cheapies here each time. V early response and cheap enough to keep re-testing in amazement!

Personally I'd always go for a FRER first - First Response Early Result. I've always had the clearest lines on them. Good luck!! Really hope you get the result you want Smile

Thank you both Smile Trying not to get my hopes up too much but somehow I just think I 'feel pregnant' this time... I MC at the start of last year, but I am convinced that I am experiencing the same pregnancy symptoms as I did then. It's going to be a looooooong wait until tomorrow morning!!!

At three days late I'd go with a digital. They are accurate from 14dpo or the day that your period is due.

Did you test?

3 different tests... all BFN's I'm afraid. It's so frustrating as having symptoms as well as AF now being 4 days late really had me thinking that it had actually happened this month! I suppose it's still to early for Wine so Chocolate will have to suffice for now I suppose...
